Trip Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip: No charge
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: $25 cancellation fee may apply
- No-shows (without notice): Full trip charge applies
- Rescheduling within 24 hours: Subject to vehicle availability
